Motor Stator and Rotor Application Cases

High-speed precision stamping solutions for motor cores, stators, rotors and micro-components.

Motor stator and rotor — application illustration

This production line consists of a double-head decoiler, a gantry-type induction support rack,
an S-type straightener, and a dual-servo high-speed feeder. It is commonly used for high-speed,
precision stamping of motor cores in the motor, new energy, and home appliance industries.

These components typically feature thin materials, high stamping speeds, strict stacking accuracy,
and high burr-control requirements — making stability and repeatability essential.

The dual-servo feeder uses an independent servo system with precision four-gear transmission, reducing
material deviation and achieving ±0.02 mm repeatability at speeds of up to 60 m/min.

Recommended Products

MDA — Double-Head Material Holder

Dual-head decoiler for stable continuous feeding. Ideal for high-speed stamping lines requiring
smooth unwinding and fast material switching.

MSL — S-Type High-Speed Straightener

Precision S-type straightener that removes coil memory and ensures flat material feeding —
essential for burr control and lamination accuracy.

NCK — Dual-Servo High-Speed Feeder

Dual-servo feeder providing ±0.02 mm feeding repeatability at speeds up to 60 m/min —
ideal for high-precision motor and micro-component stamping.
